Your traditional chocolate chip cookie recipe (I’m a fan of Nestle Toll House’s. Why mess with what works?)
1 pound of bacon, cooked until crispy, drained and broken into dime-sized pieces
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon maple extract
