I probably should have thought about what I was going to do with all those squash before planting so many seeds. Anyone have a great squash recipe they’d care to share? Or a way they like to preserve squash? I love zucchini bread and sauteed squash. And I’ve already eaten so much of both in the last few weeks, I’m seeing yellow and green.
