My friend Mark has unbelievable focus; in the last few months, he’s perfected homemade pizza by making 300 different versions and combinations of dough, heat and ingredients.
I may be exaggerating a bit, but not by much. When I was in Colorado a few weeks ago, I was lucky enough to be invited over to sample the now infamous fruits of his furious focus.
We ate four pizzas, all with the best crust imaginable. (He didn’t share the recipe, but I know it involved buying flours from Europe, I think.)
I love that my super smart friends use their creativity for good. And to feed me.
Also: I now need a pizza stone.
