With a friend’s CSA basket full from the farmer’s market, and the crab apple trees in town heavy with fruit ready for the picking — I’ve been spending many a warm, starry night on the patio with friends — lingering over meals full of the flavors of summer.
BBQ chicken and salmon, roasted veggies, warm apples served over cold vanilla ice cream, ice cold chardonnay, Miles Davis, and the M of Lookout Mountain shining brightly in the distance.
